2. Select Network: Choose from 8 supported networks (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche, Core)
3. Choose Token: Select the token you want to stake from the supported tokens list
4. Enter Amount: Input the amount to stake or click "MAX" to stake your entire balance
5. Approve & Stake: Approve the token (first time only), then confirm the stake transaction
6. Earn Rewards: Start earning 0.1% daily rewards (36.5% APY) immediately!
7. Unlock Period: After 30 days, you can unstake your tokens or continue earning by leaving them staked
